Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit — you can use Recrofy indefinitely within the free tier limits (2 JDs and 10 resume screenings per month). No credit card is required to sign up.
What happens when I hit my monthly limits?
Recrofy notifies you at 80% of your limit. Once you hit the cap, that feature is paused until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more capacity immediately.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does the 20% annual discount work?
Choosing annual billing locks in the discounted monthly rate (e.g. $79/mo instead of $99/mo for Pro) and charges the full year upfront. You save 20% compared to month-to-month billing.
Do unused AI credits roll over to the next month?
No. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. This keeps pricing predictable — you always know exactly what you're getting.
How does Recrofy use AI for resume screening?
Each resume is analyzed by Claude AI against the job description you provide. It returns a fit score, a ranked summary of strengths and gaps, and flags for must-have qualifications. This does not store or share candidate data with third parties.
What does 'remove Recrofy branding' mean?
On Pro and above, candidate-facing emails, offer letters, and interview invites no longer show 'Powered by Recrofy'. On Scale and above, you can use your own domain for candidate portals.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No. All paid plans include free onboarding. Enterprise plans include a dedicated success manager for setup and data migration.
